Healthstream integrates with Sterling Talent Solutions to perform background checks in the CredentialStream platform.

• To utilize the Sterling Talent Solutions Integration, each client will need to have an account set up with Sterling Talent Solutions and enter the Client ID and Password that HealthStream will use to perform the request and obtain the results.

• Within CredentialStream, the customer will select either one or many providers to send to Sterling Talent Solutions.

• The user will have to define background screening packages with Sterling Talent Solutions.

• Within CredentialStream, the customer will have the opportunity to select packages, and either one or many providers to send to Sterling Talent Solutions.

• As part of this process, verification records will be created within CredentialStream for optimized reporting and automated tracking.

• The background check event will be monitored via the Background Check screen within CredentialStream.
