CredentialStream customers with an AMA account can search for Physicians and Physicians Assistants included on their AMA roster. In CredentialStream they will select a provider to receive either a “Physician Initial” report, “Physician Assistant” report, or a “Physician Reappointment” report directly from the AMA. The PDF result will automatically download and is included in a verification record within the provider record.

If the organization has signed up for Continuous Monitoring, CredentialStream will automatically download updated provider profiles and create an alert within the system for review.
