• To utilize the PreCheck Solutions Integration, each client will need to have an account set up with PreCheck and enter the Client ID and Password that HealthStream will use to perform the request and obtain the results.

• The user will have to define background screening packages with PreCheck.

• Within CredentialStream, the customer will have the opportunity to select packages, and either one or many providers to send to PreCheck).

• As part of this process, Verification records will be created within CredentialStream for optimized reporting and automated tracking.

• The background check event will be monitored via the Background Check screen within CredentialStream.
