The HealthStream Experience

Through the integration with Dropbox Sign, CredentialStream is powered with easy to use digital signatures. Providers have the ability to sign forms in the Hub using Dropbox Sign without having to create a Dropbox Sign account.

• Each client will need to have an account with Dropbox Sign (ftk HelloSign) to utilize the integration.

Workflow

1. Provider accesses the Hub and works through the application to the Review Information screen
2. Provider selects “Sign via HelloSign”
3. An email is sent to the provider with directions on how to access and sign the documents
4. The provider opens the email from HelloSign and selects the Review and Sign button to continue the signing process.
5. The HelloSign webpage will open. The provider follows instructions on the webpage to sign all documents.
6. The provider navigates back to the Hub and selects “Signatures Completed”. Select “Yes” to receive the signed details from HelloSign.
