• Providers have the ability to sign forms in the Hub using AdobeSign without having to create an AdobeSign account.
• An account is AdobeSign is required to utilize the integration with CredentialStream.

CredentialStream Provider Workflow

1. Access the Hub and work through the application to the Review Information screen
2. Select “Sign via AdobeSign”
3. A message stating that the documents are being sent via email is generated. The email is sent to the provider.
4. Select “Review and Sign” in the email received from Adobe Acrobat Sign.
5. Follow the instructions on the webpage to sign all documents.
6. Log back into the Hub and the documents will be available to view.
