The HealthStream Experience

Through the integration with DocuSign, CredentialStream is powered with easy to use digital signatures. Providers have the ability to sign forms in the Hub using DocuSign without having to create a DocuSign account.

• Each client will need to have an account with DocuSign to utilize the integration.

Workflow

1. Provider accesses the Hub and works through the application to the Review Information screen
2. Provider selects “Sign via DocuSign”
3. An email is sent to the provider with directions on how to access and sign the documents
4. The provider opens the email received from DocuSign. The documents will be signed on the DocuSign website, outside of the Hub.
5. The provider reviews all documents, adds a signature in the Adopt Your Signature window, and signs all documents.
6. Log back into the Hub to submit the application.
