CredentialStream integrates with Axuall to provide digital wallet services to reduce onboarding and enrollment time.

• Access to a comprehensive reusable set of verified credentials that meet industry standards.
• Reduce the amount of onboarding time.
• Review the Axuall Wallet within CredentialStream and import directly into a physician record.
• Compare existing CredentialStream data with the Axuall Wallet data.

User Experience

1. Hospital/Healthcare Organization: sends the provider a letter with instructions to create an Axuall Wallet account and provide their personal information.
2. Provider: Completes Axuall Wallet and submits
3. Axuall: Performs verifications for as many of the data elements as it is able to perform.
4. Axuall -> CredentialStream API: Wallet is imported into CredentialStream during a nightly import process after the wallet has been completed and submitted by the provider. Wallet is viewable in the Axuall Widget and Axuall Quickview
5. Hospital/Healthcare Organization reviews the wallet in the Quickview, makes any updates necessary, and accepts the data. Data is saved into the provider’s CredentialStream record
