OnBase records management software is a market leading solution for managing critical scanned records. CredentialStream integrates with the OnBase solutions to allow CredentialStream customers to view, access, and report images stored within OnBase from within CredentialStream.

To take advantage of this integration, CredentialStream clients must:

• Have an agreement with OnBase.
• Set several configuration elements in the OnBase Settings screen in CredentialStream. (most of which are defined in the screenshot below)
