The HealthStream Experience

CredentialStream integrates with Melissa Data to assist customers in normalizing their address data.

To utilize Melissa Data to normalize practitioner address information, CredentialStream clients must:

• Contract with Melissa Data and obtain a client ID for the Address Verification API.
• Enter that ID into CredentialStream.
• Once that is in place, Address Verification can be Manually performed on any address by clicking a “Verify Address” button in the address screen.
• The Melissa Data API intelligently reviews the information provided, and returns the values as they exist in the Melissa Data database of all know US addresses.
